3、 Rolling process of aluminum foil1. Hot rolling process: Aluminum ingots are hot-rolled at high temperatures (480 ℃ -500 ℃) with the main purpose of transforming them into steel billets, laying the foundation for subsequent cold rolling processes.

Precision rolling process: After multiple hot rolling processes, the aluminum ingot has become an aluminum billet with a certain shape and size, which needs to be processed by precision rolling for compression. During the rolling process, it is necessary to use cooling water in conjunction with the rolling rolls and between the rolling rolls. By adjusting various parameters such as rolling mill, processing temperature, and cooling method, aluminum foil with consistent thickness and smooth surface can be precision rolled.3. Cold rolling process: The cold rolling process is mainly aimed at further improving the tensile properties and surface quality of aluminum foil. After the precision rolling is completed, the aluminum foil is sent to the cold rolling process and undergoes a series of refrigeration treatments to produce aluminum foil with a thickness range of 0.006mm-0.2mm.
